Literacy and Numeracy Programming

BLC can help you improve your reading, writing, math, and computer skills. You choose what skills you would like to improve. Assessments help determine the starting level that is best for you.

Please note that English as an Additional Language learners that are interested in Literacy Programming must be at a CLB Level 5 to register at BLC.

At this time, BLC does not offer English Language programming for those looking to learn English.

We are now offering conversation classes for ESL learners (English as a Second Language) and CLB level lower than 5 on Tuesdays and Wednesday at 10:30 – 11:30am and 4:00 – 5pm. These structured classes are designed to help ESL learners improve fluency, build confidence in speaking, and enhance their overall understanding English.

We are now offering Accounting courses for Grade 11 and 12 Learners.
